First and foremost, Grubers is a simple and innovative culinary experience based on a good burger, fresh & flavorful toppings and crispy fries.
All around the world, thousands of burgers are sold every second. In fast foods or Michelin-starred restaurants, this dish imposes itself as a reference but the offer often remains the same : a classic burger, a ray of recipes without being able to personalize it.
We do the opposite.
We only sell Cheesegrubers TM. Each one is a different blend with ingredients directly mixed within the freshly ground & pure muscle beef.

THE MEAT
Our pure muscle beef burgers have been created to have character. In our 100% pure muscle freshly ground beef, we add perfectly balanced ingredients, spices and condiments such as jalapeno, black truffle, pepper mix… Our meat is juicy, tender and all have a unique flavour.

THE BUN
Our bun has been created by Thierry Paludetto, our executive chef. Thanks to potato flakes and butter, our bread is light and airy. We toast it at the time of your order, to offer you a warm, soft and lightly crispy bun which magnifies our meat.

THE SAUCE
Because our blends are all different, a creamy sauce has been created for each one of them in order to enhance the flavour of the meat.
Without additives and preservatives, they are fresh and flavorful.

Founded in the 1960s, Giraudi Group is specialized in the import-export, production and trade of exceptional meats, from Europe, USA, Asia and Oceania. We work with the best producers in the world, to offer the best meats.
In less than 10 years, we became leader in the importation of 100% certified, hormone-free American Black Angus in Europe.
In 2014, continuously looking to offer the best products available to our clients, we became the first importer of certified Japanese Kobe beef, in Europe.
Restaurants, an evidence
In 2005, Riccardo Giraudi decided to broaden its horizons and ventured into the dining sector.
Today, he owns 9 restaurants in Monaco, 2 in Paris and more than 10 worldwide. Each culinary concept is different, in a uniquely designed location.
